SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
*ESTABLISHED PATIENTS: please call the office where you are normally seen, and they will schedule you accordingly
PRIOR TO YOUR TELEMEDICINE APPOINTMENT
*You may receive an email directing you to the DOXY.ME link for your doctor (the link listed above).
*You may receive an email with an appointment reminder and asking you to download an app called HEALOW. Do NOT use this for the appointment. However, you CAN log into the app and the website (patient portal) to see the doctor's notes to you, after the visit.
*Please call to pay your copay that day. Call (410) 933-9404, Option 7. We accept Visa MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
*Please log-in to the DOXY.ME link for your doctor (see above) at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
*If you are having technical difficulties, then you can try to send the doctor a "chat message" via Doxy.Me, or call the office where you are normally seen.

*Our staff may be calling you to assist in scheduling follow-up appointments. Call to schedule an appointment and discuss your own personalized asthma treatment program.
